小兒言語失用症研討會(進階)VML認證工作坊

第一階段:
2次共8天的面對面教學員理論、技巧、動作學習原則與分析。
日期: 2018/11/2-52019/3/8-11

第二階段為實作訓練:
學員需要自己選擇3個有言語失用症的個案,練習用VML方式治療至少6個月。
條件: 1.每個個案學員需要完成3(開始、中間、最後)評估表與治療計畫。
     2.每個個案至少要錄2個簡短的治療影片寄給講師。
     3.第二階段結束前需要通過一個在家完成的考試。
     4.要繳交一個針對動作學習原則的報告。

備註: 第二階段可以在第一次上課後就開始進行,大概1年後完成,若有特別因素無法如期完成可以跟講師申請延長時間。

此訓練主要是針對語言治療師,需要至少兩年治療言語遲緩的經驗,沒有上4月的簡介課程的人也可以參加。

若父母要參加也可以,只需針對他們自己的小孩練習,但無法成為認證的治療師。
其他非語言治療專業人士也可參加,但可能需繳交更多報告來得到VML認證治療師。

六、學分認證屬語言專業課程,積分申請中。
七、說明:1.尊重演講者,研習學員請勿自行錄影、錄音。
          2.研討會當天,為了環保,請自備環保杯。
          3.演講廳內禁止飲食。
          4.本次無提供紙本講義和研習證明,將寄電子檔,請務必於報名時留下電子信箱。
          5.研討會當天無口譯之服務。
          6.供午餐。

九、講師簡介:
  Dr. Elad Vashdi founded the Yael Center in 2002 and has treated over 1000 children with disabilities since 1996.  He has a doctorate in physiotherapy and published multiple articles in relation to childhood apraxia of speech (CAS), developmental disorders, child development and intellectual disability. 
After working extensively with children with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability and CAS, he applied his expert knowledge of motor learning and child development to create a unique program for treating children with CAS called VML (Verbal Motor Learning). Following this he built a team of therapists (speech pathologists, psychologists, occupational therapists and educators) to develop a scientifically based complete developmental approach for treating children with special needs called MDT (Multi-dimensional therapy). Dr. Vashdi’s ambition is to change and improve the tools we are using today in helping children with special needs to grow and be a part of society. Currently Dr. Vashdi is running two clinics in Israel, whilst publishing, presenting in conferences around the world and researching the VML and MDT methods. He is an international lecturer and trainer of the VML and MDT, and an international consultant for children with special needs.
